Job Description :

Title: Field Service Technician x3 (2 in Eagle / 1 in New Jersey


Start Date: ASAP


Pay: (see below)



    1. Eagle à$50K - $70K (hourly role) à approximately $30 per hour range

    2. New Jersey à$75K - $80K (salaried role)

Duties: (see below)



  • Provide after-sales support to customers.

  • Ability to maintain appropriate status with respect to DOT regulations, travel requirements, and governmental access to provide service and repairs where needed.

  • Ability to demonstrate clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Perform administrative duties and complete special projects in support of the VPATS, Field Service Coordinator, and After-Sales Operations Specialist.

  • Ability to support all Memmert USA team members, whereas technical and/or customized product information/services are needed.

  • Ability to attend tradeshow or service training events sponsored by Memmert USA

  • Continued education will be provided to maintain technical and mechanical skills.


 


Travel Component: (see below)






      • Eagle, WI Location

      • Candidate will travel up to 50% and will be required to work onsite in the Eagle office the rest of the time

      • Candidate will be attending trade shows and visiting clients in expensive high-quality laboratories/medical facilities

      • Candidate may be required to stay places overnight or travel on weekends

      • Candidate will be traveling in state locally most of the time but sometimes out of state (these travel areas out of state would be to the Northeastern region of the country)

      • Candidate could potentially be traveling internationally to the Company HQ in Germany for trainings and a passport would be required

      • Candidate will be traveling 1-2 times per month & the rest of the time they will be in office working on service case

      • New Jersey Location

        • Virtual MS Teams meeting w/ Brittni Kobs (Business Operations manager in WI)

        • Virtual MS Teams meeting w/ VP of After Sales (Dennis)

        • Onsite interview where the company will pay for travel (could be in WI or NJ)







Required Qualifications :


    1. Mechanical Repair background required

    2. Lab equipment repair experience preferred

    3. CRM or ticket servicing system experience a bonus

    4. 2+ years of experience within field service technician roles
