Seeking a skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of residential HVAC experience. Our lead installers are responsible for completing changeouts and installs from start to finish with the support of an apprentice. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems but most commonly mini-splits, gas furnaces, and AC’s. Each job is supported by the efforts of our installation leadership team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Furnace and AC changeouts

- Cut metal for various duct work

- Install mini-splits

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to complete installations and repairs

- Braise and solder components as needed

- Assist apprentice with development and continuous learning

**Skills:**

- Customer service

- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components

- Ability to run residential changeout and mini split install jobs

- Ability to safely drive a company vehicle (required)

- Knowledge of Hydronics a plus

-3+ years solid HVAC Installation experience

Pay: $30-$40 depending on skill and experience.
