Job Description:

The Office Technology Group is seeking a skilled and motivated copier and IT Sales Manager to join our team. As the Office Technology Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in our portfolio of sales for the company. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team, including recruiting, training, and coaching sales representatives to achieve sales targets.  This is a selling management position.


Skill Sets and Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in copier and IT sales.

• Manage and oversee the sales team, including recruiting, training, and coaching sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales growth.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales growth in the office technology and IT market.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales growth.

• Manage sales activities and track progress against sales targets.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Required Qualifications :


• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in office technology, copiers, and or IT markets, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• 2+ years of experience in managing and leading a sales team.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of the copier and IT market and industry trends or fields comparable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
